This Sunday, December 15th, 2024, we will be performing database maintenance to improve performance. The operation is expected to last approximately 1 hour, during which there will be full downtime for our customers.
Impact:
- Workable users will not be able to sign up or log in to their accounts, and API/integrations will be temporarily unavailable.
- Candidate-facing services, including career pages, applications, Workable Video Interviews, and Workable Assessments, will remain operational.
Candidate applications, Video Interviews, and Assessments submitted during the downtime will gradually appear in customer accounts after the maintenance is completed.
Post-maintenance:
Some degraded performance may occur for up to 24 hours following the maintenance.
