On Monday, 7 July, and Tuesday, 8 July, we will be performing a scheduled upgrade to the BI Data Link database. The upgrade will be rolled out gradually — a subset of accounts will be upgraded on Monday, 7 July, with the remaining accounts upgraded on Tuesday, 8 July.
Customers using BI Data Link should expect approximately one hour of downtime during their respective maintenance window (the database will not be reachable), and stale data for about 24 hours after that.
