On Saturday, May 23, 2026, we will be performing a database upgrade. The operation is expected to last approximately 3 hours.

Customer-facing applications will experience downtime, while candidate-facing applications will remain operational. Due to the complexity of the procedure, there may be degraded performance in some parts of the apps for the remainder of the day.

BI Data Link – scheduled schema update

Scheduled - On Monday, 11 May, we will be performing a scheduled update to the BI Data Link reports, adding new tables and columns to the Redshift database.

These are non-breaking changes, no existing queries or connections will be affected. However, due to the schema update, the daily data refresh will be delayed. Customers using BI Data Link should expect stale data for about 24 hours, throughout from Sunday, 10 May at 14:00 PDT through Monday, 11 May at 13:59 PDT.

Once the update is complete, please reach out to your dedicated Implementation Manager to receive the updated database structure documentation.
