Database upgrade Nov 14, 2025 23:00-23:30 PST

On Saturday, November 15, 2025, we will be performing a database upgrade. The operation is expected to have a 30-minute downtime for all Workable services.

Impact:
- Workable users will not be able to sign up or log in to their accounts, and API/integrations will be temporarily unavailable for up to one minute.
- Candidate-facing services, including career pages, applications, Workable Video Interviews, and Workable Assessments, will also be down.

Scheduled - This Sunday, October 26, at 05:00 AM EEST, we will perform planned maintenance on our database for our branded job boards (including Newjobs) and Free tools for Managers. The maintenance will last approximately 10 minutes, during which:
- Candidates will be able to browse the job boards and apply to jobs.
- Users won’t be able to access the free version of the Workable recruiter dashboard (post jobs or see applied candidates).
